Holds a BA in Legal and Dispute Studies and accreditations in DISC, DDI, Korn Ferry, ICAM and Mental Health First Aid. 

His career across global businesses carried responsibility for influencing across the business that helped to synchronise strategy and talent, while providing ongoing specialist leadership coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders. 

Commercial in nature, results focused and has the ability to collaborate to initiate change and motivate others to achieve personal learning and development goals.
