LTP Consulting developed a "Community of Practice - In a Box" project to provide an opportunity for Change Practitioners within the client's organisation to achieve peer-to-peer cross organisational learning, ad-hoc support, a forum to escalate queries, obtain feedback and develop confidence in their usage of the ‘Make it’ series their Change Management methodology.

It was developed in consideration to the current operational rhythm and forums run for one hour on the first Wednesday of each month from 11am – 12pm.

​

The forum establishes for participants to consider innovation in thinking about the way they work, build on relationships and learn new ways to work together and co-learn through sharing their learned and lived experiences.

 

Initially, forums were hosted by LTP Consulting, with training given to Change Practitioners, so that the organisation can move towards self-sufficiency in delivering this initiative.

 

Forums are hosted internally via SKYPE for business from various locations from across the organisation.

 

Participants attending face-to-face, can take advantage of individual coaching and mentoring from LTP Consulting following
the forum.

 

Alternatively, participants can pre-book with L&D a coaching session facilitated by LTP Consulting for specific topics.
