The 'Make it' series was launched, and a number of 'just in time' training tools and training programs were developed by LTP Consulting. These were then progressively rolled out across the client's organisation to support the change management capability uplift.

Change occurs every time we ask someone to do something different. Change begins at the individual and leaders need to have the confidence and competency to drive change initiatives within their departments and portfolios using the 'Make it' series framework.

​

Leaders attended workshops facilitated by LTP Consulting to obtain a basic understanding of the ‘Make it’ series, how to manage people through change and to nominate staff members they feel have the identified competencies for them to attend a workshop to be trained to become Change Practitioners.

Across the organisation Change Practitioners are now available with the required foundational understanding of the ‘Make it’ series to support their leaders to drive change at a local level and minimise change disruption.  ​
