Change Management
The results of a recent People Matter Survey highlighted a low level of change management maturity within the client's organisation. In response, the organisation prioritised the need for change capability uplift across the organisation.
LTP Consulting designed, developed and delivered a number of 'just in time' training tools, programs and interventions to support the rollout of a bespoke Change Management framework called the ‘Make it’ series.
Community of Practice Forum
LTP Consulting developed a "Community of Practice - In a Box" project to provide an opportunity for Change Practitioners within the organisation to achieve peer-to-peer cross organisational learning, ad-hoc support, a forum to escalate queries, obtain feedback and develop confidence in their usage of the ‘Make it’ series their Change Management methodology.
Visible & Capable HSW Leaders
In a recent Health and Safety audit, it was found that the client's organisation had a number of key areas that required immediate attention for them to move towards being compliant with the ISO45001 Standard and a HSW Rectification Plan was developed.
LTP Consulting ran a series of Visible and Capable HSW Leader workshops across the organisation. The objective of each workshop was to allow the leaders of the organisation to gain an understanding of what “good looks like” within the context of a Safety-First culture.
Safety WALC's
The client's executives endorsed the “HSW Safety Rectification Plan” developed as a remediation to the 2019 Safety Compliance Audit findings. Developing HSW Capability was identified as a key stream of work – enabled by a visible organisational-wide leadership commitment to a Safety-First culture.
LTP Consulting supported the design, development and introduction of the concept of a Safety WALC for leaders to learn the importance of being visible, to check in on their teams Wellbeing, the need for them to Ask open ended questions, to Listen and learn about any safety concerns they have and how to Connect with them to gain their respect and trust, so they feel safe to discuss safety and have a connection to their leaders, to the success of the organisation and to strive for operational excellence and a best in class client experience.
